In view of the present-day era’s finite resources, renewable energies, photovoltaics, fuel cells, water and wastewater treatment, are becoming progressively more important. The corresponding physical/technical processes and their implementation, not least in the field of engineering, entail ever tougher requirements for human and corporate resources. Flexibility and technical brilliance, coupled with entrepreneurial skills, are what’s needed. The necessity for working in changing teams, the thrust to achieve the optimum solution together, and to communicate effectively for interpersonal feedback, demands not only technical abilities, but above all solid social skills.
